TIME SAVER PIPE : An underground insulated hot water piping system.

Outdoor Wood Stoves       Floor Heat       Domestic Hot Water       Homes       Pools       Hot Tubs       Garages       Shops       Milking Parlors       Greenhouses       Restaurants       Churches       Motels

What is PEX Tubing ?

Pex tubing  is specially suited to hydronic systems and portable water plumbing systems. This Pex tubing is for water distribution. The basic building blocks of PEX are cross-linked polyethylene molecular chains that are called polymers.

BENEFITS :

  • Long-life expectancy and high temperature / pressure ratings.
  • Uses up to 90% less fittings, reducing installation time.
  • Encrustation resistant, no mineral and lime build up.
  • Corrosion resistant, tubing can be installed directly in concrete.
  • Freeze resistant, able to expand and avoid costly ruptures.
  • Quieter than copper or CPVC systems, does not amplify noise.
  • Lightweight and flexible, easy to handle and install.
  • Install in all types of weather conditions.

Applications :

  • Radiant floor / wall / ceiling / heating
  • Portable water system
  • Snow and ice melt systems
  • Hot water baseboard heating
  • Water distribution piping to manifolds, hydronic coils in heat exchangers, etc..
  • Boiler systems
  • Underground fluid distribution
  • Anywhere that hot or cold fluid distribution is needed (within the temperature and pressure limitations)
  • Many, many more.

MICROFOIL REFLECTIVE INSULATION AND RADIANT BARRIER

This is a clean, non-toxic, easy to install, self-taping radiant barrier that provides increased comfort, energy efficiency, and savings by lowering heating and cooling costs.

REFLECTS HEAT

MicroFoil effectively reflects a heat source as opposed to absorbing and dissipating it as fiber and glass insulations must do.

EASY TO USE

Because MicroFoil is made with plies of microfoam (an extremely low-density, flexible polypropylene foam), it is much lighter weight and easier to handle than other reflective or fiber glass insulation products.

SMOOTH FINISHED SURFACES

MicroFoil will provide equal or better insulation properties when compared to much thicker 2" to 3" fiber glass insulation. Incorporating an airspace on both sides of MicroFoil allows for optimum insulating value.

CONDENSATION CONTROL

When installed correctly, MicroFoil provides an excellent thermal and vapor barrier, which greatly reduces condensation buildup.

SIMPLE, SAFE INSTALLATION

MicroFoil requires only a pair of scissors or a utility knife and a staple gun. It does not require masks or long clothing for installation.

ANYTIME IS THE RIGHT TIME TO PLAN AHEAD AND PREPARE FOR THE HEATING SEASON.

TIME SAVER PIPE is an underground hot water piping system for outdoor wood stoves, corn stoves, solar water systems, and geothermal systems.

The feed and return Pex tubing lines are wrapped in MicroFoil Insulation which has an R-Value of 14. Pex tubing is available in a variety of types and sizes. The exterior is constructed of 4" heavy-duty corrugated black pipe.

This versatile and dependable pipe can be used in any open or closed system that requires water. TIME SAVE PIPE does not require the trench to be level or straight. It can go over tree roots, boulders, sewer pipes, etc....  It has the flexibility to elevate up through the house sill without splicing or using elbows. Installation can be done year round because TIME SAVE PIPE can be laid on top of frozen ground and buried in the spring without disconnecting the water lines.

TIME SAVER PIPE  is never spliced ! It can be cut to length or for additional discounts, order a 250 ft. roll.

TIME SAVER PIPE is guaranteed to save you time, money, and labor as well as virtually eliminating service, repair, and replacement cost.
